Pepper Crusted Tuna: with cucumber noodles, green onion. and a sesame mustard dill sauce. Served rare. $12.95

Herb Roasted Chicken: 1/2 free range chicken, marinated in an olive oil, garlic, and a blend of fresh garden herbs. It is pan roasted and finished with its own pan gravy. Served with creamy, whipped, mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach. $20.95
